Summer upgrade 2011
First off, We want to wish our customers an enjoyable summer. During the months that has taken place already in 2011 we have upgraded our plattform to a more responsible and blazing fast survey experience.
We are now available in over 20 languages and you as our customer are joined by customers from over 15 countries. Examinare has grown to be a easy to use plattform for every companies needs.
The latest languages available in Examinare are Arabic, Hebrew, Italian, Polish and Finnish.
All languages are available to all our customers even the one who use us for a limited time.

Under den 4:e och 5:e mars har den svenska avdelningen stängt. När det gäller generella frågor kan vår engelska support och försäljningsavdelning hjälpa er. Ni är välkomna med att höra av er till oss via e-post. Vi kommer att kontrollera mejlen med jämna mellanrum och kan då även bistå er med hjälp efter kontorstid runt er ärenden. Vi kommer att finnas på plats igen måndagen den 7:e.
Vill ni lämna meddelande kan ni även ringa i dessa ärenden till vår engelska avdelning och de vidarebefodrar det till berörd person.

We are now part of Examinare AB
Since the start of Examinare we have had the feeling that this will grow into a service with great prospects. The work started 2005 with one of the great universities of Sweden. We took the step into the mobile survey market 2007 and we where one of the first in Europe offering the technology of a combined survey solution.
Our company IT Kroonan is now a part of Examinare AB and we continue to provide the service of Examinare. We will started this year with opening a office in the Philippinese for our international department. We also added a new way of changing the way our telephony works in the company with a new improved switchboard. You can now reach both our Swedish and International department on any of our numbers and we are always ready to help.
New release of Examinare and new ticket system
We have added a new ticket system for Examinare where we will keep better track of all your support tickets and we will evaluate thisnew ticket system now and then to make it better and faster for you.
Improvements to Examinare platform
As you all know “Examinare – we love feedback” and we get a lot. Especially from you, customers, we love to hear how we can makeExaminare a better solution for your company. Some of the improvement that is going to be released in March 2011 are listed below:
- Ability to lock the “Multiple choice question (1 answer possible)” with more than 1 choice.
This enhancement will make it possible for you to make the question mandatory (obligated) and that way you can add actions for this question type easy.
- Free text on “Multiple choice question (1 answer possible)” with more than 1 choise.
This enhancement will add the opportunity to add a text field when answering.
- NEW question type “Free text questions (Multiple answers is typed in)”
This enhancement will help you to add multiple free text fields on same question. Every free text field can be set obligatory or not.
- Our API will be released on the 22nd March!
Finally our testing reached it’s final phase. When released you will be able to administer recipients, send out surveys and fetch results on all surveys.
Japanese, Chinese, Thai & Norwegian
During this week we have updated our core systems to use the 3 major languages in Asia. We are happy to announce that Examinare now have Japanese, Chinese and Thai language inside the program.
We are also very happy to inform you that we also included Norwegian. That basically means that we have now open up the system for aprox. 900 million people.
You can send out surveys in any of our 10 languages directly from Examinare and of course this upgrade is supplied without any extra charge.

API functionality on the drawingboard
During the year 2010 we will introduce the new Examinare API. Functions for the API will be creating and updating receivers and also downloading general information about the surveys deployed in your account.
We will open more and more of our software to be more than just a survey tool.
New and improved Charts
We would like to introduce our new Charts-Click. Instead of our Charts function all of our customers can sort with one mouse click.

Full Export in Excel now available
Examinare now include full export into Excel. This way you easily transfer the Excel Raw Data to SPSS or any other statistic program. We are currently working on a module for file types .xml and .sav for SPSS. The plan is to release the .xml function in August 2009 and .sav in September 2009.
These functions will of course be included into your account without any extra charge.
