Summer upgrade 2011
First off, We want to wish our customers an enjoyable summer. During the months that has taken place already in 2011 we have upgraded our plattform to a more responsible and blazing fast survey experience.

A new even more secured SSL protocol
Today we have ordered a new and even more secure SSL-protocol from VeriSign. The new protocol will be delivered in the end of next week, maybe sooner.
We are looking forward to secure your surveys even more effective.
Update 2009-08-19 : New verisign CERT in place. A great thank you goes out to verisign for all assistance!
Update 2011-08-05 : After working with Verisign on our servers we are now changing our SSL-certs to Geotrust. Geotrust is a Verisign company that has a unlimited server licence. This change is mainly for cutting costs for our customers and be able to build our cloud even bigger!
New swedish sales number
We now have a new sales number for our customers located in Sweden, Germany and Spain. All persons answering the phone speak Swedish and of course English. The new number is +46 (0) 31 – 785 92 50, our main number +46 (0)44 10 14 15 also works if you would dial it. But this way you will reach our sales team faster.

Automated ordering system
We now have a totally automated system for ordering and invoicing. This means that your account will be created instantly after payment is received by our orderingsystem. When you make your initial order we will manually approve your order and check VAT number on every company inside the European Union. If your company is located outside of the European Union your order will still be checked. After your order is approved you will get an invoice and payment instructions. One click of the mouse and you can pay with Paypal, all major creditcards and banktransfer.
Within minutes after your payment been approved your account has been created and your login credentials is in your email.
For all customers using us already we now have extensionorders automated as well. One click of the mouse and you will get an invoice. After payment the extension is activated within seconds.
Again we have made it even simpler for you to use Examinare. 
New Danish phonenumber
We now have a local danish phone number in Denmark. We want to serve our Danish customers even better and faster. This enables us to cut your phonecosts down to a minimum and we also loves to talk to our customers.
