Examinare – cross tabulation

Today we have released cross tabulation for the Examinare Survey tool.

The demonstration is with Examinare in Swedish but the feature is active for all languages!

Summer upgrade 2011

This post is in Swedish and concerning the opening hours on the support on the 4-5 march.

Under den 4:e och 5:e mars har den svenska avdelningen stängt. När det gäller generella frågor kan vår engelska support och försäljningsavdelning hjälpa er. Ni är välkomna med att höra av er till oss via e-post. Vi kommer att kontrollera mejlen med jämna mellanrum och kan då även bistå er med hjälp efter kontorstid runt er ärenden. Vi kommer att finnas på plats igen måndagen den 7:e.

Vill ni lämna meddelande kan ni även ringa i dessa ärenden till vår engelska avdelning och de vidarebefodrar det till berörd person.

Support limited between the 1st until the 3rd of December

We will be conducting upgrades on our live chat and email system during the 1st and the 2nd of December. This means that we will be reachable on phone but not online on our support chat. You can however still contact us free by adding our Skype ID found on our contact page and call us for free.

We will however close the phone and live chat support totally the 3rd of December because of training purposes. Email will still be available during this time but with a delay.

We apologize for any problems this might cause you.

Webchat support is introduced

We now have a chat support available on top of the Examinare website. The support chat has been on test a long time but are now added permanent in our workflow. We have two divisions in the chat dialog, 1 is for Swedish and 1 for English.

A new even more secured SSL protocol

Today we have ordered a new and even more secure SSL-protocol from VeriSign. The new protocol will be delivered in the end of next week, maybe sooner.

We are looking forward to secure your surveys even more effective.

Update 2009-08-19 : New verisign CERT in place. A great thank you goes out to verisign for all assistance!

Update 2011-08-05 : After working with Verisign on our servers we are now changing our SSL-certs to Geotrust. Geotrust is a Verisign company that has a unlimited server licence. This change is mainly for cutting costs for our customers and be able to build our cloud even bigger!

New Danish phonenumber

We now have a local danish phone number in Denmark. We want to serve our Danish customers even better and faster. This enables us to cut your phonecosts down to a minimum and we also loves to talk to our customers.

The team that answers the phone speak Swedish and English, but we do understand Danish. The same number is for sales and support issues. Welcome to talk to us!
