Update 2011-08-05 : After working with Verisign on our servers we are now changing our SSL-certs to Geotrust. Geotrust is a Verisign company that has a unlimited server licence. This change is mainly for cutting costs for our customers and be able to build our cloud even bigger! Raw XML data availableIt´s a good Friday, we have just released our XML export function. You can now download all the raw result directly from your “Reports” in your survey. Just click on “Results & charts” and then reports and you will have it available for direct download. New swedish sales numberWe now have a new sales number for our customers located in Sweden, Germany and Spain. All persons answering the phone speak Swedish and of course English. We look forward to hear from you with all your questions regarding sales. Limit of 10 options removedSince we started with Examinare there has been one thing annoying us at development. You could not create more than 10 options on our multiple questions / question. This fact really bugged me and my fellow coworkers. Well today it is finally gone! The limit is gone and now you can create as many options as you want. But a good idea is to use below 30 options. Why you ask? We are doing websurveys, not papersurveys. You are targeting people with short of time and some of your customers have more things than reading 50 options on their mind. A good idea is to aim for about maximum 20 options per question, but that is just my personal thoughts. Full Export in Excel now availableExaminare now include full export into Excel. This way you easily transfer the Excel Raw Data to SPSS or any other statistic program. We are currently working on a module for file types .xml and .sav for SPSS. The plan is to release the .xml function in August 2009 and .sav in September 2009. These functions will of course be included into your account without any extra charge. Automated ordering systemWe now have a totally automated system for ordering and invoicing. This means that your account will be created instantly after payment is received by our orderingsystem. When you make your initial order we will manually approve your order and check VAT number on every company inside the European Union. If your company is located outside of the European Union your order will still be checked. After your order is approved you will get an invoice and payment instructions. One click of the mouse and you can pay with Paypal, all major creditcards and banktransfer. Within minutes after your payment been approved your account has been created and your login credentials is in your email. For all customers using us already we now have extensionorders automated as well. One click of the mouse and you will get an invoice. After payment the extension is activated within seconds. Again we have made it even simpler for you to use Examinare. Examinare blog rebornFinally we have activated our English blog. We have at Examinare division of IT Kroonan AB a swedish blog for some time now and we are currently translating all the posts from that blog into English and posting it here. The work will not go overnight, it will take some time to get all thoose posts into English but we will get there. If you think it is strange that dates go back in time then we can assure you it is correct. We basically want to preserve all the posts in their original state for this blog. The old Swedish blog is going to be closed for good. It´s been fun but since we have so many customers and 80% of them are from overseas we need to start communicating in English. And maybe, just maybe our French, Danish and Spanish translators will post something here in the future. /Daniel Kroon Mobile surveys releasedI am really happy to release this information to our users. We have released some great functions today! First off is mobile surveys. You can now distribute your surveys to your receivers by sms. Of course you can use the public surveys too. If you would like to report answers directly on the field you can report this in the public surveys directly. All new cellphones will be able to use the surveys. If you use the non-SSL link also older cellphones. Here is some of the phones we have tried and that mobile surveys works perfectly in : Sony Ericsson models Nokia models Basically all older models will work as long as they are capable to show XHTML data. All included imagefiles works great. Also company logos will work great! New Danish phonenumberWe now have a local danish phone number in Denmark. We want to serve our Danish customers even better and faster. This enables us to cut your phonecosts down to a minimum and we also loves to talk to our customers.
